The New York University School of Medicine of the NYU Langone Medical Center (NYULMC) invites applications for a thoraco-abdominal imaging full-time faculty position. The ideal candidate will have completed an abdominal or chest imaging fellowship and will provide clinical care in both the thoracic and abdominal imaging divisions. The Division provides outpatient coverage to multiple state of the art NYU imaging centers on Long Island & Queens. The Long Island Division radiologists collaborate with their NYC main campus colleagues including numerous nationally-recognized faculty involved in a broad range of clinical, education, and research missions. The Division also provides cross coverage to NYU Winthrop University Hospital including on call resident supervision. The combined rotations provide a tremendous wealth of clinical material, and abundant opportunities for research and teaching.

The NYU Department of Radiology is known for its strong faculty and infrastructure in clinical radiology and research. In addition to a state-of-the-art Ultrasound, CT, and MRI scanners, department also operates simultaneous PET/MR and 7T magnets that support advanced research initiatives conducted by a team of physicians, physicists and engineers.
