Conferences:
The fellow is expected to participate in chest conferences on a regular basis, to occasionally participate in multidisciplinary conferences and to present at least one formal lecture to the staff during the year.

Research:
The fellow is encouraged to present one or more scientific presentations at major meetings, prepare case reports, participate in staff research projects and publish peer-reviewed papers.

Benefits:
Three weeks vacation and subsidized attendance at two scientific meetings if presenting.
