Mentorship

STR Mentorship Program

The STR Mentorship Committee is dedicated to providing high performance career guidance to junior and mid-level members through traditional means as well as through peer mentorship.  Our intention is to encourage engagement of STR members with their peers and the society, and by providing mentorship promote the development of the next generation of leaders in our field.

Mentoring

Members may participate in mentoring, as either a mentor or mentee (in some cases, both) by answering a brief annual survey, indicating their areas of interest and / or expertise.
