STR Speakers Bureau

shadow

The Society of Thoracic Radiology (STR) is dedicated to the lifelong learning of cardiothoracic radiologists and other health professionals. The STR Speakers Bureau is an online resource available to the society, its members, and those organizing conferences, workshops, or other continuing education activities.

Virtual Speakers, Visiting Professors and Teaching Teams
The STR would like to identify members interested in speaking at international, national and a variety of overseas meetings as a speaker and/or as a visiting professor at an academic institution. Through our visiting professorship program, we would like to increase teaching opportunities for our members by partnering early career and seasoned speakers and provide a potential mentorship experience. Opportunities will exist for both in person and virtual lectures. Educational experiences during COVID pandemic have informed us of the vast potential for interactive learning at long distances.
